The Stargazer Eye Dust Eyeshadow is made from hyper pigmented loose eyeshadow powder. The strong pigment colours can be used to colour, highlight and illuminate the eyes with bold rich colours. The Eye Dust gives you a fine shimmered effect which can be applied by hand or makeup brush.
