Perfect for a wash of strong colour, the Stargazer Glitter Eye Dust Eyeshadows are made from hyper pigmented loose Eyeshadow powder. They work the same as Eyeshadow. They can be applied with a damp makeup brush for the Stargazer Glitter or shimmer to be vibrant and long lasting. You can apply with as much as you desire to glow up your face makeup.
